The indoor pool area was inviting, providing a retreat after busy days. My double room had a nice layout with a refrigerator and microwave, which proved convenient. The staff were helpful and attentive, especially during the check-in process. I also appreciated the fresh decor that created a comfortable ambiance.

Breakfast lacked variety and freshness.

the room smelled strongly of curry, which is absolutely delightful if you enjoy the scent of stale takeout. plus, the broken locks are certainly a comforting touch for any traveler! I’m so pleased i didn’t receive an upgrade. that woudl ve been too much to ask, i suppose. i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

The hotel's amenities were perfect for our large family, especially the indoor pool where the teens could unwind after visiting Wake Forest University. The overall cleanliness was impressive, and the friendly staff made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay.

This was just a great fit for a weekend excursion in Winston-Salem with best value. The staff went out of their way to help me grab some extra towels for my kids after we hit the pool. Remember to check if the pool is open during your stay.

Just spent a night here, and it was pretty great! The staff was super helpful, especially Robert at the front desk. Rooms were nice, clean, and had all the basics you need. One hiccup was the breakfast—there wasn't much variety, just bagels and some were a bit stale. Would recommend this spot for sure!

However, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. They ran out of toast and bagels, which was disappointing. The crumbs on some tables indicated they could use a better cleaning routine during busy hours. Also, I encountered a strange odor in the hallway that seemed off-putting. Despite these issues, the hotel had a nice vibe overall, especially with the great coffee available and the friendly ambiance.
